Capitalization and punctuation matter — please type it exactly how you want it printed.

📌IMPORTANT:

• Personalization is entered on the candle listing only
• This add-on does not include a candle
• Each add-on applies to one candle 

If personalization text is entered without purchasing this add-on, or if this add-on is purchased without personalization text, we will attempt to contact you. 

If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, the order will be fulfilled without customization. 

If this add-on is purchased without a candle, the add-on will be refunded and the order will ship without customization.
